"Our planning committee has come up with a date for this years Michif Gathering.
August 19th, 20th and 21st in 2011.
This years event is expected to have a Red River Cart Trek for
approximately one day, ending at our Michif Gathering on Friday the
19th of Aug.
Anyone interested in attending with a Red River cart or a Horse/ox
wagon or buggy, please call Keith at 403-364-3768

The purpose of this society is to promote Métis Culture through educational activi-ties and demonstrations, sharing cultural and histori-cal facts, and performing arts at events and gather-ings.
We welcome any comments which would help us achieve this purpose more efficiently.
